Rita is a designer and has a great eye for pattern and colour. Rita works in fabric and jewellery design.

A self taught artist, inspired by her connection to the land and her family. Rita tells stories with her designs using her own symbols to represent kinship and relationship to spirit & country.

Rita's jewellery is visually striking and emits a peaceful strength just like herself. Dedicated to her work - Rita spends many hours getting her work just right - hand painting each bead and meticulously ensuring a high quality product full of love and care.

Rita is resourceful collecting many different beads from many places. Rita searches and finds beads that may be practically used eg. a car seat bead massage cover gave the perfect supply of beads. These beads are then transpired into necklaces, bracelets and earings rich in colour and culture.

Rita also turns her creative hands to working with textile and has made several handbag designs. Working with pre-printed fabric, Rita produces her own patterns and cuts and sews modern bags.
