BNAACS is developing further services to assist creative entrepreneurs, business owners and Indigenous community organisations to new business ventures and strengthen existing enterprises.

The program includes:

  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Conducting pre-feasibility studies on proposed ventures and developing pathways to achieve your personal goals.
  • Preparing Feasibility Plans to identify critical success factors, financial viability, strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to business proposals
  • Assisting proprietors develop Business Plans.
  • Assisting to seek the necessary support and development of enterprises eg. IBA
  • Mentor support to Business Managers
  • Monitoring Business Performance
  • Evaluating Business Performance
  • Providing assistance and advice for future actions in businesses
  • Assistance in expanding essential networks for enterprises and connecting to other services
  • Where to find funding opportunities
  • Assist in training needs and reduce skills gaps
  • Implement Innovative programs delivered by qualified Aboriginal trainers and or culturally appropraite training services.
